As a Sterilization Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient care by ensuring instruments, equipment, and treatment areas are properly cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for use. π¦· What You'll Do
β’ Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
β’ Operate and monitor sterilization equipment according to established protocols
β’ Maintain sterilization logs and documentation
β’ Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control guidelines
β’ Organize and stock treatment rooms with necessary supplies
β’ Assist with inventory management and ordering of clinical supplies
β’ Prepare instrument trays for scheduled procedures
β’ Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
β’ Support dental assistants and providers as needed

β’ Previous dental, medical, or sterilization experience preferred
β’ Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures preferred
