What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Loan Administrative Assistant position at Primebank?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet and direct visitors to appropriate bank staff
- Order all office supplies and maintain supplies
- Sort mail and distribute to appropriate bank staff
- Request updated insurance on consumer and commercial collateral, file proof of insurance in loan files
- Filing, moving files and boxing up files (as needed)
- Assist customers with loan questions (balances, payments and advances)
- Transporting various documents between bank staff and outside vendors
- Document Imagining
- Assist all lenders and originators with processing and closing of all types of loans
- Monitor loan files for completeness
- Provide support for other credit administrators
Qualifications
Education
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2 years of additional college/business school training or equivalent work experience
Knowledge and Experience
- Successful customer service experience
- Previous experience in banking a plus
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service abilities
- Ability to multi-task and organize work
- Working knowledge of general office equipment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
This position requires a selected candidate must pass a criminal history background check and have favorable credit history for bonding purposes.
