About Prime Wave Marine
Prime Wave Marine specializes in premium boat detailing and gelcoat polishing throughout South Florida. We are looking for responsible, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality work.
Who We’re Looking For
We have two opportunities available:
Experienced Technician
- Experience with marine polishing, gelcoat polishing, sanding, or boat detailing is preferred.
- If you already have experience, you may speak English, Portuguese, or Spanish.
Entry-Level Technician (Paid Training Provided)
- No experience is required.
- We provide paid training.
- To be eligible for training, you must understand Portuguese or Spanish, since our team communicates primarily in these languages.
Responsibilities
- Wash boats and yachts.
- Perform gelcoat compounding and polishing.
- Sand surfaces when necessary.
- Keep tools and equipment clean and organized.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship on every project.
- Work safely and as part of a team.
Work Location
We are a mobile marine detailing company. We service boats at marinas, private residences, boatyards, and yacht clubs throughout South Florida. Job locations vary daily, so you should be comfortable traveling to different work sites.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Responsible, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay
$16–$20 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
Training
Paid training is available for candidates without experience who meet the language requirements.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
