Marine Detailing Assistant / Technician (Miami, FL)

New Brite Marine Detailing provides professional boat and yacht detailing services in Miami, with occasional jobs in the Florida Keys. We’re growing fast and looking for motivated crew members who take pride in their work and want to learn a valuable trade.
What you’ll do
- Washdowns, drying, glass and interior wipe-downs
- Assist with polishing, buffing, and compounding (with training)
- Maintain tools and equipment; follow safety and quality standards
- Work outdoors on boats of all sizes

Who we’re looking for
- Reliable and detail-oriented, willing to work outdoors in Miami’s climate
- Able to commute to Miami marinas (occasional Keys travel with compensation)
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work around water
- Detailing or marine experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
- Work authorization in the U.S.
Schedule
- Part-time: typically 15–30 hours per week, with peak weeks reaching up to 35
- Day shifts; occasional weekends as needed
