We are currently seeking an Events & Promotions Assistant to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. This is an on-site role supporting promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and event-based sales initiatives for nationally recognized brands.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in promotions, customer acquisition, and sales support. Full paid training is provided, so previous experience is not required.
You’ll work closely with customers at live events and promotional pop-ups, helping to increase brand awareness, drive customer interest, and support campaign growth. We’re looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at promotional events and customer-facing campaigns
- Engage with customers and provide information about products and services
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and daily operations
- Support customer acquisition and sales objectives
- Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
- Help increase territory performance through brand visibility and outreach
- Collaborate with team leaders to execute promotional strategies
- Track customer feedback and campaign results
- Maintain professional brand representation at all events
Requirements
