Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salinas,CA, for an Keyholder at Prime Time Nutrition. The Keyholder will support daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, assisting customers, supervising team performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth store functionality to maintain a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail management, team supervision, or customer service leadership
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory, staff scheduling, and daily operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and teamwork
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for addressing customer concerns and operational challenges
- Familiarity with WIC program guidelines and procedures is a plus
- Ability to work on-site during assigned shifts and maintain a positive work environment
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet business goals
