What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bi-Lingual Customer Service Trainer/ Floating Manager-San Rafael/Santa Rosa/ Fairfield/Vacaville position at Prime Time Nutrition?
A Store Trainer is responsible training, maintaining, and exemplifying Nutricion Fundamental’s (Quickeroo) Customers Service Standards. The Trainer must also stay up to date on all WIC state and federal regulations and know all items authorized for purchase on WIC Instruments (vouchers). The Store Training is also responsible for conducting all in-store training with new and current employees within a specified district. The training includes, but not limited to, all Standard Operating Procedures, Customer Service Standards, Point of Sale (POS), Voucher transaction, WIC regulations, and back office procedures. The Trainer will be working at all stores within a specified district and provide continuous training to ensure all Store Manager(s), Assistant Store Manager(s) and Salesclerk(s)s are following policies and procedures outlined by Nutricion Fundamental.
Requirements and competencies:
Bilingual English Spanish strongly preferred.
3 plus years management experience preferred.
Strong communication skills required.
Driver's License Required
Essential Duties:
- Trains and continually monitors all employees on customer service standards which are the company’s number ONE priority.
- Understands, controls, and trains inventory using par levels, produce guides, and ensures minimum stocking requirements (MSR’s) are maintained in stores at all times.
- Stays WIC compliant at all times and trains and monitors all stores to ensure all WIC regulations are adhered to.
- Understands, trains, and communicates what and the differences are for EBT Cash and EBT Food.
- Ensures all employees and themselves understand what items WIC are authorized for vouchers and EBT.
- Knows, verifies, and trains all employees understand the difference between WIC authorized items and Wild Buys.
- Trains all process and procedures to new employees.
- Provides continuous training to all store's employees.
- Stays current on all training procedures and communicates to store employees when changes occur.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Requires flexibility in availability.
