What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Pest Control Technician position at Prime Scape Services?
Purpose of the Position:
The position is responsible for serving and developing our pest control service for existing and new customers of Prime-Scape Services. The incumbent will support the CEO and President in expanding services with in the company to meet business objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Delivery The technician will meet customer needs by servicing their L&0 and GHP services as contracted.
2. Diagnostic Service: The Pest control specialist will effectively identify root causes for damaged lawns or hedges from fungus, bugs, ants, rodents, bacteria, and implement solutions to include but not limited to biological, cultural, and chemical controls to effectively treat damaged areas and restore lawns and shrubs to a healthy condition.
3. Technology Usage: Technician will use inhouse software to quote close out job tickets at the business premise, and ensure accurate timely Billing occurs.
4. Quality Service Checklist: Deploy quality inspection action items to optimize service to each property to maintain quality at the customer premises.
5. Pricing Effectiveness: Support the Business Development manager in pricing out new services to customers as required in taking on new properties.
6. Account Cross Selling: Work with current customers for referrals cross sell services to potential customers in our footprint. Support Business development managers are new bids as they arise from time to time.
7. Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Routinely inspect truck and equipment to ensure working order, and report assets in need of repair. Ensure truck is clean professional appearance in course of daily use.
8. Route Effectives: Organize route to maintain optimal drive times to reduce fuel use as appropriate.
9. Additional Duties: Support the CEO and President to meet unique needs that emerge within a competitive environment that may occur throughout the year.
Experience Required:
· Meet all requirements regulated under the provisions of the Structural Pest Control Act, Chapter 482, Florida Statutes (F.S.).
· Hold certifications in (a) General Household Pest and Rodent Control, (b) Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control, and/or (d) Fumigation.
· Detailed and deadline oriented.
· Effectively uses word technology to support day to day business.
· Initiative-taking and self-directed to conform to a schedule.
Education/Experience Required:
· Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
· Holds all required GHP and L&O certifications
· 7-10 years of experience in pest control as a certified operator.

· Maintain Customer Service schedules.
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
