You can earn 15-20% on all production made based on experience, plus additional sales commissions. Our pay scale is based on a draw system with guaranteed weekly pay, with some technicians making $30,000 - $50,000 annually. DELVE DEEPER INTO THE ROLE:
As a Lawn and Pest Control Technician, your day starts at our central location, where you gather your tools, products, and company vehicle. You travel to various residential and commercial properties to perform pest control treatments and lawn care services. Responsibilities include spraying lawns, inspecting properties for insect activity, providing pest control solutions, and advising customers on pest prevention. With great work hours, including occasional on-call duties, you also have the chance to earn extra commissions by upselling services to current customers and their neighbors.
TO QUALIFY, YOU WILL NEED:
- Valid Florida driver's license with a good driving record
- 1 years of experience in the pest and lawn care/spraying industry
- Physical ability to pull hoses, load materials, climb, bend, stand, read, and write
- Physical ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
We would prefer someone with additional experience beyond the required year in the industry.
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
As a Lawn and Pest Control Technician, you'll be based in Largo, FL, reporting to a central location before heading to various job sites within Pinellas County. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with occasional on-call duties.
