We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions, assist with patient assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Support the implementation of individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles. Collect, record, and analyze data related to client progress and behavior changes to inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate with behavior analysts, special educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, intake forms, and progress notes, adhering to HIPAA regulations. Participate in patient care activities such as intake procedures, patient assessments, and behavioral health evaluations. Support patient management by assisting with behavioral interventions and monitoring client responses during therapy sessions. Ensure compliance with all applicable medical terminology standards and confidentiality protocols related to medical records.ExperiencePrior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods is essential. Experience working with people with autism or other disabilities will be considered an asset. Background in special education or behavioral health fields is advantageous. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation practices is desirable. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
