Job Description
- Responsibility for providing support and instruction to consumers in life skills areas.
- Completing progress notes, attendance records and all documentation/reports per agency procedures.
- Assisting consumers with making choices; providing information as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining consumer and program confidentiality.
- Working closely with consumers and Case Manager/Supervisor to ensure appropriate service provision.
- Maintaining professional relations with Regional Center employees, parents, consumers and other circle of support members.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, Bilingual (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- ILS specialists: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
