CUSTODIAN / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to perform various cleaning and janitorial tasks efficiently, as well as be able to remove debris and unwanted items from the property.

NOTE: CANDITATE MUST HAVE HIS / HER OWN PICK UP TRUCK TO REMOVE DEBRIS AS NECESSARY FROM PROPERTIES. - Auto Allowance Provided For Use of Your Personal Vehicle

JOB DUTIES

• Repair Sheetrock and Paint, as needed
• Perform routine cleaning of all areas, including floors, carpets, kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, windows, offices, and common areas to ensure readiness for our new, and existing tenants
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning, to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Carry out porter duties by managing waste disposal and ensuring that all areas are free from debris.
• Collaborate with team members and management to uphold custodial standards and respond promptly to cleaning requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic Plumbing and Electrical Skills
• Basic Carpentry and Painting Skills
• Proven experience in cleaning or custodial services.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks related to facilities upkeep.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to establishing, and maintaining, cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.
