PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & REPAIR / CARPENTER – Full Time Opening for Experienced Individual to Perform Various Types of Maintenance & Repairs on Residential & Commercial Properties, as Well as Remodel and Carpentry Work on Company Owned Properties. Basic Work Schedule is M-F, 8am to 5pm.
NOTE: MUST HAVE PICK UP TRUCK - Auto / Milage Allowance for Use of Personal Vehicle, in addition to Hourly Wage.
Skill Set Should Include:
- Basic Electrical
- Basic Plumbing
- Carpentry, Including Basic Rough In / Finish/Trim Work
- Drywall Replacement and Repair
- Painting
- Various Types of Flooring Installation
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across various properties, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge and skill to conduct repairs and installations.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with tenants.

NOTE: Must have "2" Years Previous Maintenance and/or Carpentry Experience.
