What You’ll Do
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance
- Test and balance pool water and chemicals
- Inspect pool equipment and identify potential issues
- Troubleshoot basic pool system problems
- Maintain accurate service records
- Communicate professionally with customers about service needs and recommended repairs
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Manage your daily route efficiently
- Provide consistent, high-quality service
What We’re Looking For
- Pool maintenance/service experience preferred
- Knowledge of pool cleaning and water chemistry is a plus
- Basic knowledge of pool equipment and systems is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in Florida weather
