```Duties```
Location-Venice, Fl region
- Perform routine maintenance/cleaning of residential pools in the Venice area
- Clean pool filter cartridges
- Test and balance pool chemicals to ensure proper water quality
- Ensure that pools have been brushed and cleaned of debris, as well as ensuring pool equipment is functioning properly
- Record keeping for all pools serviced and communication of any issues or problems that a pool may have
- Maintain accurate records via service app of work performed and materials used
```Skills```
- Mechanical knowledge to understand the workings of pool equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues with pool systems
- Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for repairs and installations
Note: Prior experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance is needed.
