Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as required for installations.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion.
- Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing work.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during all plumbing activities.
- Provide maintenance person services as needed for additional repairs or installations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing systems.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous.
- Valid commercial driving license may be required for certain positions.
- Previous maintenance person experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
