RN MedSurg - Shiprock, NM

• BLS
• ACLS

• English proficiency, basic computer/EHR skills, and cultural sensitivity toward American Indian/Alaska Native populations.
• Must demonstrate Med-Surg competencies including IV/PICC care, telemetry, medication/blood administration, Foley/NG tube care, wound care, oxygen, restraints, tube feeding, PPE, and pain management.

• Provide inpatient Med-Surg care, assess and treat acute/chronic, surgical, palliative, and isolation patients
• Administer medications and treatments; maintain accurate documentation
• Follow HIPAA/IHS policies; complete required training; and float to other nursing areas as needed.
