CT Technologist - Eagle Butte, SD

Job Title: CT Technologist Specialty: CT and X-Ray Place of Work (City/State): Eagle Butte, SD Site: Cheyenne River Health Center (CRHC) Location: 24276 166th Street, Airport Road, Eagle Butte, SD 57625 Duration: 1 year contract with the possibility of 2 optional years Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 12 hours each, scheduled at any time within a 24-hour period; totals 80 hours per two-week pay period. Holidays and weekends included as regular scheduled hours. Occasional on-call coverage may be required. Credentialing/Onboarding Time: 6 8 weeks Certifications: ARRT (CT) Experience Needed: 1 or 2 years of hands-on experience with Toshiba CT equipment preferred. Special Skills Needed:

• Highly proficient, hands-on experience specifically with Toshiba CT equipment
• Ability to perform a variety of computerized tomography and diagnostic radiographic examinations
• Ability to assist in training departmental staff
• Documented ongoing training in radiation safety protection practices

Responsibilities:

• Provide CT/X-Ray technologist services to support uninterrupted Radiology Department coverage.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and HIPAA (1996).
• Assist in training of departmental staff as needed.
• Rotate into other duty sections as directed by the department supervisor to support patient care coverage.
• Participate in performance evaluation meetings as required by the COR/Contracting Officer.
