- Physician Assistant (PA) – PANCE certified
- Physician (MD/DO) – Board certified
- Healthcare Administrator – Certified (PAHCOM, AAHAM, or equivalent)
Certifications
- Role-appropriate certifications
- EMR proficiency required
- Minimum 3 years healthcare experience
- Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience
- Experience in urgent care, clinic, or similar healthcare settings
- Operational coordination and leadership support
- Strong communication and reporting
- EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage multi-site healthcare workflows
Responsibilities
- Support PM in managing contract operations
- Act as PM in absence of Project Manager
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with all contract requirements
- Assist in oversight of clinic operations across sites
- Must be capable of stepping into full PM responsibilities
