Candidates must meet one of the following qualification pathways:
- Registered Nurse (RN) – Active, unrestricted license (preferred and most compliant)
- Physician Assistant (PA) – Must have PANCE certification
- Physician (MD/DO) – Must be board certified (ABMS/ABPS/AOA)
- Healthcare Administrator – No license required, but must hold certifications such as PAHCOM, AAHAM, or equivalent
- Degree must be from an accredited healthcare program
- Graduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, PA, or Medicine is preferred
- Role-specific certifications based on clinical or administrative background
- EMR proficiency required
- Minimum 5 years healthcare experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory/management experience
- At least 3 consecutive years managing a health unit, urgent care clinic, doctor’s office, or emergency department
- Healthcare program and operations management
- Multi-site coordination and leadership
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage contract performance and compliance
Responsibilities
- Lead overall execution of healthcare services across all contract sites
- Serve as primary liaison with Government (CO/COR)
- Oversee staffing, operations, compliance, and performance metrics
- Ensure uninterrupted service delivery across all locations
- Supervise APM, QCM, and Clinic Managers
- Manage reporting, audits, and contract deliverables
- Must be on-site during core operational hours
- Dedicated exclusively to this contract
- Strong leadership presence required
