Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0630–1730 (9-hour shift with 1-hour unpaid meal break); 40 hours/week
No on-call, no overtime, no telework

Qualifications
Education: Graduate of a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent). Experience: License/Certification:

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the last 3 years as a physical therapist.
- Experience providing direct patient care in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Experience evaluating musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions preferred.
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license issued by any U.S. state or territory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or Red Cross).
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
- Other Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the electronic health record system
- Reassess patients and modify treatment plans based on clinical progress and functional outcomes
- Supervise and delegate appropriate treatment activities to the Physical Therapy Assistant
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care
- Ensure compliance with DHA, Air Force, and MTF clinical policies and procedures
- Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and patient safety initiatives as required.
