- Shifts: Morning shift 7a-7p or 8a-8p or Night shift 7p-7a (7 on/7 off)
- ER physicians are expected to provide care for a wide range of medical emergencies, from trauma and acute illnesses to chronic disease exacerbations and mental health crises.
- Triage incoming patients, stabilize critically ill or injured individuals, and determine the appropriate level of care required.
- Remote (Telehealth): Not at this time
- Census: .5 - .7 patients per hour
- Patient type: All ages
- Hospital Bed Size: 2 Trauma Rooms 16 Treatment Bays 4 Triage Rooms
- Hospital level: Critical care access
- Support Staff: OBGYN, Hospitalist, OPP, Nurse specialist, etc, (If needed) transferred to level 1 and Level 2 hospitals In Sioux Falls, SD
- PTSD Counselor: Provided
- 6 months - 1 year commitment
- EMR: RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System)
- Malpractice insurance with Tail coverage
- Housing provided by site
