We’re seeking to hire a dependable technician to take ownership of an established route of approximately 600 recurring customers serviced every eight weeks.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect and treat homes and entire yards for pest activity
- Identify where pests are nesting, feeding, breeding, and entering
- Perform thorough treatments around foundations, full yards, landscaping, eaves, windows, garages, and other problem areas
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in a way that customers feel genuinely cared about, and not just like a number. If you do not enjoy or focus on creating positive relationships, then this is not the job for you.
- Complete accurate service records
- Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked.
- Take full personal ownership of customer satisfaction and route performance!
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you are:
- Dependable, honest, and self-motivated
- Genuinely Friendly, service oriented, and extra courteous with customers.
- Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job correctly every single time.
- Able to work independently without ever trying to cut corners
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds, bend, kneel, climb, and enter crawl spaces when necessary.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to pass required drug and background screenings.
Previous pest-control, lawn-care, route-service, maintenance, delivery, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person and help invest in them heavily with resources and learning opportunities.
