Compensation:

- Average Full-Time income: $5,000-$20,000 per month
What You’ll Do:
- Knock doors and pitch top-tier pest control and lawn solutions to homeowners.
- Build instant trust through confident, professional communication.
- Stay active, work outdoors, and hit ambitious sales targets.
- Represent our brand with polish and hustle.
Qualifications:
- Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States of America.
- Communication Mastery: Fluent in English and/or Spanish, with a knack for building rapport quickly. Strong verbal skills to put customers at ease.
- Physical Fitness: Able to walk 5 miles per day and stand for long shifts in all weather conditions.
- Sales Hunger: Motivated by uncapped commissions. Prior sales, customer service, or public-facing experience is a plus but not required.
- Professional Presence: Clean, approachable appearance and demeanor that screams trustworthiness (think “someone you’d invite into your home”).
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license, clean background check, and flexible availability (evenings/weekends).
