About the Opportunity:
Prime Personnel Resources is assisting a company that has an opening for an Outside Sales Representative on day shift. This is a full time opportunity. Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals. The role will also involve regular travel to meet clients, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Account Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Proficiency in sales software and tools
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred
