We are hiring Low Voltage Technicians to join install crews servicing Banner Health facilities throughout the valley. Technicians will rotate across three active hospital locations, giving you consistent, long-term work with a growing healthcare client. This is a day shift role with early start times, ideal for reliable techs looking to build steady hours on a high-profile healthcare account.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull structured cabling in active hospital environments
- Terminate RJ45 jacks to company and client standards
- Install faceplates level and properly aligned per finish specifications
- Support cable installation across multiple Banner Health sites as assigned
- Maintain neat, code-compliant cable runs and terminations
- Follow all hospital site safety and access protocols
- Complete daily paperwork, timesheets, and jobsite checklists
Required Qualifications
- Experience pulling cable and terminating RJ45 jacks
- Comfortable installing faceplates and finish work
- Reliable transportation and ability to report for early day shift starts (5 AM or 6 AM)
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to hospital site access
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in active commercial construction environments
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance
