Job Summary:
The Finance Coordinator works directly under the Finance/Sales Manager to support the finance and paperwork process for motorcycle, ATV, and side-by-side sales. This is a data entry and administrative support role ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deals and deadlines at once. This position involve structuring deals and it's mainly focused on accurate submission, documentation, and preparation of paperwork.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Submit finance applications and paperwork to lenders on behalf of the Finance/Sales Manager
- Gather stipulations, income verification, and other required documents from customers
- Follow up with customers and lenders to ensure all required documents are received in a timely manner
- Accurately enter and organize customer and deal information into dealership software and lender portals
- Print, organize, and prepare all deal documents for customer signatures
- Review paperwork for completeness and accuracy prior to signing
- Maintain organized physical and digital deal files
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding required documentation and next steps
- Coordinate with the Finance/Sales Manager to keep deals moving efficiently through funding
- Maintain confidentiality of customer financial and personal information
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the finance and sales departments
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or office work preferred; automotive/powersports finance experience a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and data entry
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using computers, printers, scanners, and basic office software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential customer information with discretion
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to pass a background check
