Prime Motorcycles Melbourne is one of the top dealers in the state! We are a Cfmoto, Aprilia, Vespa, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio, Moto Morini franchise dealer. We also specialize in pre-owned motorcycles. We have one of the largest pre-owned inventories in Florida. We are expanding and growing with more locations around the state. We have an excellent low pressure working environment.
Pay Structure: Guaranteed Base Pay with weekly sales bonus!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell ATVs, Side by Sides, Motorcycles and PWC
- Greet every customer, build rapport, and develop lasting customer relationships
- Respond to incoming leads promptly, using multiple forms of communication with current and prospective customers
- Attend all provided training and stay educated on product performance and capabilities
- Accurately communicate and demonstrate product features, benefits, performance, and capabilities to customers
- Identify each customer's needs and recommend the right products to meet them
- Complete and submit accurate paperwork for sales orders and financing
- Promote a positive environment and sales experience for every customer
- Uphold the dealership's high ethical standards in all customer interactions and sales
- Consistently promote the dealership, its values, and its products and services
- Drive traffic through daily prospecting and lead follow-up, using phone calls, email, texting (via our internal texting program), social media, and other communication methods
- Achieve sales goals and build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and make high-quality customer service a top priority
- Use dealership software, CRM systems, and online tools to manage leads, document activity, schedule follow-up, and drive appointments and sales
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and past customers
- Assist customers with online forms, credit applications, trade-in information, and appointment requests
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with the finance, parts, accessories, and service departments to deliver a complete customer experience
- Participate in dealership promotions, sales events, demo days, and community activities
- Meet dealership expectations for lead response, customer follow-up, appointments, and sales performance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior sales experience preferred; powersports, automotive, or retail sales experience is a plus but not required
- Passion for or familiarity with ATVs, Side by Sides, and Motorcycles strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Comfortable using a phone, computer, CRM software, and online applications for daily tasks
- Willingness to use multiple communication channels (phone, email, text, social media) to engage customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and appointments
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- High level of integrity and ethical standards in all customer interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across finance, parts, accessories, and service departments
- Willingness to participate in dealership events, promotions, and community activities, which may include evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Motorcycle Endorsement Required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework a plus
- Basic photography/video skills for inventory content a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, not required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
