Duties And Responsibilities
- Ability to operate and move forklift safely and efficiently.
- Safely operate forklifts to load, transport, and unload materials.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Secure materials on forklift safely to ensure proper transportation of materials.
- Deliver materials to designated areas with precision and care.
- Navigate warehouse and yard areas with attention to surroundings.
- Communicate clearly with spotters and supervisors to coordinate safe material handling.
- Prior experience in warehouses/manufacturing/fabrication shops preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage job duty and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.

- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs regularly and up to 75lbs occasionally with assistance.
- Frequent use of hands and arms to handle materials, tools, and welding equipment and machines.
- Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, or work in awkward positions to complete work.
- Visual acuity to read measurements, inspect welds, and maintain quality standards.
- Exposure to welding fumes, bright light (arc flash), heat, sparks, and airborne particles.
- Everyday use of PPE including flame-resistant clothing, welding helmet, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and safety-toe boots.
- Climate conditions vary in production areas from hot in the summer to cold in the winter.
