What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Prime Mechanical?
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager whose principal duties include the following:
- Developing and reviewing project schedules.
- Negotiating subcontractor and vendor contracts.
- Procuring, reviewing, and submitting trade shop drawings and equipment submittals for the project engineer’s approval.
- Releasing and tracking equipment orders.
- Attending project site meetings and walk-throughs.
- Scheduling site deliveries and building system shutdowns.
- Field verifying the installation pace, details, and quality of direct or subcontracted trades.
- Preparing, pricing, and submitting written change orders.
- Preparing project Operation & Maintenance manuals.
- Preparing project close-out documents.
- Attending in-house meetings.
- Performing field surveys.
- Preparing miscellaneous proposals.

Annual Salary Range: $90,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Construction, Business, or Engineering
5 years minimum industry-related experience
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task, schedule, and prioritize.
