WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet every client warmly — offer spa water, a warm towel, and genuine conversation
- Learn clients' wellness goals and connect them to the right services and memberships
- Make proactive calls — confirmations, follow-ups, lapsed clients, and new leads
- Always aim to book the next appointment before a client leaves
- Handle check-in, check-out, and payments using Booker/MindBody
- Update the CRM and complete daily tasks between clients
- Review wellness plans and intake forms to prep nurses for each appointment
- Keep the lobby and consult rooms clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Write thank-you notes to new members and include referral cards
