Location: Phoenixville, PA (On-Site)
Position Type: Part-Time | Weekend Focused
Seeking candidates with consistent Saturday & Sunday Availability
- Weekend Shifts: Saturday & Sunday 9:30am-3:00pm
- Rotating weekend schedule (approximately 2-3 weekends per month)
- Approximately 12 weekend hours when scheduled
- Opportunity for additional weekday shifts (~8 hours)
- Flexible scheduling
Compensation: Total hourly earnings up to ~$28/hour (including tips & incentives)
- Base pay: $18-23/hour
- Weekend Tips: On average Spa Concierge earn an additional $4-5/hour in client tip satisfaction
- Commission: Opportunity to earn incentives on memberships and certain services sold

Position Summary:
The Spa Concierge is responsible for creating an exceptional client experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our wellness spa. This client-facing role blends hospitality, client success, administrative tasks, sales support, and CRM-based marketing follow-up to ensure every client leaves feeling their best.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Sales
- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
- Educate guests on IV therapy, membership plans, and wellness benefits
- Recommend and upsell services based on client goals
- Manage check-outs, rebookings, and follow-up scheduling
- Provide consistent, high-level service in person and over the phone
CRM & Marketing Support
- Use our CRM to follow up with leads, new guests, and existing members
- Assist with client outreach via email, phone, and text to support retention
- Promote in-spa campaigns, seasonal offers, and referral programs
- Encourage online reviews and social media engagement
- Support local event coordination and community partnerships
Operations & Administrative Support
- Help manage appointment flow, calendars, and team coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and high-end spa environment
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and documentation protocols
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, or wellness/spa front desk preferred
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital scheduling software
- Friendly, organized, and sales-minded with a strong attention to detail
- Passion for wellness and comfort working in a health-oriented setting
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
