Spa Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our luxurious spa. Duties

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression
• Manage appointment bookings using POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions to clients
• Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, scheduling appointments and answering questions
• Assist with product demos, merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area
• Upsell spa packages, retail products, and additional services to enhance client experience and increase sales
• Process transactions accurately through cash handling and retail sales procedures
• Support supervising staff with daily operations, including inventory management and ensuring smooth workflow

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail or service setting
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
• Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and handling transactions confidently
• Knowledge of POS systems and familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with product demos, merchandising, stocking, and inventory management is preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
