Compensation: $30/hour tips
- 6% commission on select product/service/membership sales
- Commission increases to 10% team-wide once monthly membership conversion rate hits 30%
- $100 monthly bonus for top converter

Role Description
The IV Therapy Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe and effective IV hydration and wellness treatments in a client-facing spa setting. This role blends clinical skill with a client-centered, sales-conscious mindset — you'll be a driver of both quality care and membership growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing clients' health status and reviewing medical histories to determine appropriate IV protocols in alignment with physician guidance
- Performing vital sign assessments prior to treatment
- Conducting wellness consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services
- Starting and managing IV lines and administering injectable treatments
- Monitoring clients during and after treatment, responding promptly to any adverse reactions or concerns
- Educating clients on services and wellness plans to support sales and membership goals
- Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining a clean, compliant treatment area
- Collaborating with clinic staff to support a high-quality, client-centered spa experience
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in the state of Texas required
- Current BLS certification required
- Clinical nursing skills, including nursing and direct patient care
- Experience with home infusion or IV therapy settings, including starting and managing peripheral IV lines and administering injectable treatments
- Strong communication and client education abilities; commitment to compassionate, professional, and culturally sensitive care
- Attention to detail in documentation, adherence to safety and infection control protocols, and ability to follow physician-directed treatment plans
- Previous experience in wellness, aesthetics, outpatient infusion, or emergency/critical care preferred but not required
