Enough of the sales pitch…. What’s the position all about??

Pay:

$30 to $33 hourly, plus Tips and Commissions!!!

Pay is dependent on qualifications, position (part time/lead nurse/full time), and experience. Since this is a medical spa and not a treatment center, our team members can receive tips for their services. The tips go directly to the team members. While not guaranteed, this averages anywhere from $7 to $15 per hour additional wage.

Spa Hours:

10AM to 6PM Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri

11AM to 7PM Wed

9AM to 5PM Sat/Sun

Current Staffing Needs for RN's:

Based on our current scheduling requirements we are looking for a Registered Nurse who is available to work 3-4 Sundays per month and 2-3 Saturdays per month (for total of 6 out of 8 weekend days per month)--with the opportunity for additional weekday and/or weekend shifts as they become available.

Essential Duties

-Client experience

-Team work and cultivating a “Team Prime” culture

-Administrative duties (checking clients out, cleaning spa, organizing and restocking)

-Helping to grow and cultivate the business in the community

Essential Qualifications

-Registered Nurse

-Skilled and experienced in starting IV’s and giving IM injections

-Strong desire to see results in the health and wellness of our community

-Passion for people, clients and Prime IV team

What will I do in this role?

-Client greeting and intake. This discussion includes determining the client's health goals, what their intended outcomes are and education on our therapies/services/benefits.

-IV and IM Therapy administration. Maintaining strict compliance with internal protocols and 797-Compounding requirements: Compounding IV bags, mixing and measuring injectables, and administering safely to customers. Frequent monitoring of clients for comfort and progression of services. Ensuring a seamless conclusion to each client visit by reviewing recommendations, coordinating future services, and processing payments.

-Client experience. Our desire is for our clients to become members and add us into their healthy lifestyle habits. Over the last several years we have seen a transition to preventive healthcare. We want to be a major part of this shift for our community.

-Leadership. Regardless of your job title, we expect leadership and emotional intelligence on our team. Our mission is to cultivate the very BEST IV therapy spa and the very BEST place to work for our team members.

-Administrative. Cleaning of spa, organizing, restocking, inventory and ordering of supplies. Our lead nurse will assume these responsibilities but can delegate and assist as necessary.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
