Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is a premium IV therapy clinic helping clients in Prosper and surrounding areas look better, feel better, and perform better. We offer customized IV drips, vitamin injections, NAD therapy, immunity boosts, anti-aging treatments, and wellness memberships in a luxurious, medically supervised environment.
Our new Gates of Prosper location is growing fast, and we’re looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Manager who is also a licensed RN to lead our sales efforts while supporting clinical operations.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a Sales Manager / RN to drive revenue growth through membership sales, corporate partnerships, and client acquisition while providing hands-on nursing support for IV infusions. This hybrid role is perfect for a registered nurse who loves both patient care and business development in the booming wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy to grow IV therapy memberships, package sales, and new client acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, gyms, medical practices, and community partners for corporate wellness programs
- Conduct sales consultations and tours of our beautiful clinic
- Perform IV infusions, vitamin injections, and wellness assessments as a licensed RN
- Train and support the clinical team on sales processes and client experience
- Track sales performance, set goals, and report on KPIs
- Ensure the highest standards of client safety, satisfaction, and clinical excellence
Requirements
- Active RN license in Texas (required)
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management (wellness, med spa, or healthcare sales preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of IV infusion or clinical nursing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and close sales
- Passion for wellness, health optimization, and helping people feel their best
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable hitting sales targets
- Availability to work flexible hours including some weekends
