We’re hiring a Chief of Staff / Operations Lead to partner with our CEO, CTO, and COO on building the foundations of Prime Intellect. This is a strategic operations role: you’ll design and run the systems that keep the company moving at speed, while also leading key initiatives across hiring, culture, and external partnerships.
Your scope will range from managing core operations (housing, events, logistics) to shaping workflows, driving team growth, and strengthening relationships with investors and collaborators. At its core, the role is about creating the structure and environment that allow Prime Intellect to scale — ensuring leadership and the broader team can stay focused on advancing decentralized AI.

Operations & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day logistics including housing, moves, events, and vendor management.
- Coordinate team gatherings such as off-sites, hackathons, and community dinners.
- Anticipate and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Lead hiring processes across operations, business, and legal functions.
- Support and mentor team members to foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Identify resourcing gaps and ensure teams have the tools they need to succeed.
- Design and refine workflows that improve productivity and scalability.
- Implement systems for continuous improvement across the organization.
- Develop and track metrics to measure performance and identify improvements.
- Build strong relationships with investors, partners, and collaborators.
- Serve as a point of contact for external inquiries and partnerships.
- Support leadership in fundraising prep and investor communications.
- Proven experience as Chief of Staff, operations leader, or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle shifting priorities.
- Comfortable working side-by-side with founders and senior leadership.
- People-oriented and resourceful, with a bias for solving problems quickly Requirements
