Prime, Inc. is looking for an energetic, hard-working individual to perform maintenance of outside grounds including maintenance of lawns, shrubs, irrigation system, flower beds, and lawn equipment; and general building/maintenance repairs by performing the following duties
Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities
Knowledge
Grounds maintenance knowledge is a plus. Also understanding how to use and operate lawn care equipment is helpful.
Abilities
Must have a strong work history. The work can be repetitive and physically demanding. Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers. Must be able to work independently and also part of a team environment.
Experience, Education, And Training
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements
This position requires constant standing, walking, forward reaching, pedal control and grasping; frequent head turning, bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, handling, climbing and reaching. Candidate must be able to lift and carry 50lbs and also push and pull a push mower seasonally.
Working Environment
Both indoor and outdoor working environment with exposure to varying weather conditions and chemical odors.
Licensing/Certification
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work.

Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.

Prime, Inc. is looking for an energetic, hard-working individual to perform maintenance of outside grounds including maintenance of lawns, shrubs, irrigation system, flower beds, and lawn equipment; and general building/maintenance repairs by performing the following duties
- Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns.
- Weed and mulch landscapes.
- Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees.
- Remove dead, damaged, or unwanted trees.
- Seasonal work may include projects such as Christmas lights, washing windows, snow removal, salting sidewalks and/or pavement, mowing, trimming, and yard waste removal.
- May be required to climb and work off of a ladder.
- Various indoor facility maintenance work will be available during times of extreme heat and cold for safety.
