Special Education Support Staff – Level 3 School
Employment Type: Full-Time

Prime Home DDS is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Level 3 school team, serving students with social, emotional, learning, and behavioral disabilities. Our specialized setting provides a positive, inclusive environment for students aged 13–21 who thrive with individualized support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience with ABLLS Verbal Behavior system (preferred, training available)
- Strong Microsoft skills and familiarity with Therap (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Desire to support students with behavioral needs and help them achieve IEP goals
- Reliable, punctual, patient, and empathetic
Experience Desired:
- Working with children or young adults
- Empathy for students with special needs
- Basic computer skills
- Effective communication with students and staff
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 19 years
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance
- Ability to pass State & Federal background checks
Certifications (training provided if needed):
- CPR/First Aid
- MANDT
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 40 lbs)
- Ability to read computer screens, hear speech at normal levels, and communicate clearly
- Duties performed in school and during community outings
