Responsibilities
The Regional Physician Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the provider (MD, DO, NP, PA) recruiting process for different position types (i.e., PRN, part-time, full-time) for Prime hospitals’ and medical groups across the company. This individual must be able to move at a very fast pace, possess strong organization skills and prioritize based on a rapidly changing environment.
This position is onsite at Resurrection Medical Center
Qualifications
Required qualifications:

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional physician recruiting experience.
- Required to travel throughout region to meet with potential physicians
- Experience drafting physician contracts
- Experience in recruiting physicians for employed positions.
- Familiarity with physician compensation models.
- Experience recruiting passive candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality, time management and outstanding negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast paced and team environment.
- Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Work well in high-pressure situations and a dynamic work environment
- Experience in recruiting physicians for employed position
- Experience in corporate recruiting or agency recruiting
