Corporate Director of Business Development

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required. Master’s Degree a plus.
• Must have 7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related field; at least 5 years of management experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge and experience in program planning, organization, implementation and operations. This must have included responsibility for strategic planning, business development and market research.
• Strong communications, positive attitude, strategic planning, problem solving, and time management skills are required. Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Able to deal effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization, including Corporate leadership, physicians and community leaders.
• Willingness to travel

• Five years’ project/program management. Post-acute and clinical experience a plus, and experience in a large health system.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $108,160.00 to $149,760.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
