Sales Representative / Project Manager – Gates & Fences

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our Gates & Fences division.
If you're a strong closer who enjoys working with customers and managing projects from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial customers.
- Prepare estimates and close sales.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire process.
- Manage projects from signed contract to final completion.
- Coordinate with installation crews and office staff.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Track project progress, schedules, and job completion.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (home improvement or construction industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and CRM software.
