What are the responsibilities and job description for the Door-to-Door Lead Generation Canvasser position at Prime Energy Solar?
We are a (HAAG)-certified roofing installation and restoration company, helping homeowners after the July 4, 2026 storm in Connecticut. We handle forensic evaluations of storm damage and work directly with insurance companies on behalf of homeowners.
Role Overview:
You’ll canvass storm-affected areas, initiating conversations with homeowners. No sales—your goal is to identify those who need help with their insurance claims.
Responsibilities:
- Door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas.
- Engage homeowners about potential storm damage.
- Generate leads for inspections—no selling required.
- Work Monday to Saturday (Mon–Fri: 1 a.m.–7 p.m., plus Saturdays: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.)
Requirements:
- Experience prefered.
- No experience needed—we train you.
- Outgoing, willing to learn, must be comfortable talking to new people.
- Must have a car and cell phone.
- Able to use basic CRM tools (we’ll teach you).
- If you have experience in direct marketing and a patern history of completeing responsibilities you will thrive in our atmosphere.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus in this arena.
Compensation:
- Sign on bonus.
- Base Pay.
- Commission
- Performance-bonus.
- $3,000–$5,000 per week on average.
