Position Summary:
The Reporting Analyst is a key member of the Billing and Reporting team, responsible for managing and maintaining data within the Orion portfolio management and reporting system. This role supports the firm’s wealth management business by ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and high-quality client reporting. The Reporting Analyst oversees all aspects of client reporting, including data reconciliation across multiple platforms, client report creation and maintenance, Orion system and technical support, and historical data and performance migration. This position requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic who is committed to promoting accuracy and efficiency across the department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and reconcile client account data to ensure accuracy within Orion.
- Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity between Orion and custodian and CRM systems.
- Create, organize, and maintain client reports using Orion Report Builder.
- Serve as the primary internal resource and subject matter expert for Orion, including training new users.
- Develop and maintain documentation for reporting procedures, processes, and controls.
- Collaborate with internal teams and custodians to troubleshoot and resolve data and technical errors.
- Investigate and fix performance reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate transactional data for alternative investments and manual accounts.
- Support M&A integration efforts, including historical data conversions, custom reporting implementations, and performance reconciliations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client experience with the expanded use of Orion.
- Understand billing procedures and help maintain accurate client billing profiles through the completion of audits and service requests.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of billing tools and processes.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in reporting, accounting, or financial operations within wealth
- management.
- Experience using portfolio management systems (Orion required) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong understanding of wealth management reporting practices and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Orion’s Reporting app and Report Builder functionality.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with data auditing, performance reporting, and various investment vehicles,
- including alternative investments and SMAs.
