Summary: The AUM Processing Assistant is a vital position that will work very closely with our clients, business partners, advisors, and staff. This position will serve as the liaison between the client and our internal associates for all matters related to processing new and existing applications, amendments, process files, review alerts, and other functions. This position will be responsible for ensuring all account opening, transfers, and client requests are completed within the business standard. Having a solid background in customer service, energy, and professionalism, he/she must also be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and follow through on assignments and tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle confidential information – reviewing, organizing, and maintaining such files
- Provides audit information to management by researching, analyzing data, and preparing reports
- Helps others by answering questions and responding to requests
- Salesforce data entry and management
- Detailed and accurate data entry and account processing
- Google Suite, calendar management, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe skills required
- Problem Resolution
- Open new client accounts & service existing client accounts
- Resolve any errors with the submitted paperwork at the financial custodian
Education/Experience
- High school Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent financial services industry experience
- Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Adobe skills required
- Successful completion of industry-standard background screening is required
