Job description:
The Teller/Deposit Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day deposit operations of the Bank. Duties include:
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and cashier’s checks at the teller line
- Reviewing and sorting reports
- Monitoring account activity
- Assisting with online banking
- Remote and mobile deposit approvals
- Responding to customer emails
- Answering customer phone calls
- Wire & ACH payment processing
This is not a remote position. Applicants should be willing and able to commute to the bank on a daily basis.
