PRIME 58 Air Duct & Vent Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants strong part-time pay with weekly checks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning
Set up and operate negative-air machines, compressors, hoses, and agitation equipment
Remove and clean supply and return vent covers
Assist with HVAC/AHU cleaning when required
Assist with duct sanitizing and deodorizing treatments
Properly protect customers’ homes and commercial facilities during service
Load, unload, clean, and maintain company equipment
Follow PRIME 58 safety procedures and job-site requirements
Work with other technicians on larger commercial projects
Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is:

Dependable and punctual
Hardworking and comfortable with physical work
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and mechanical areas when necessary
Comfortable working with tools and equipment
Professional when interacting with customers
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Willing to learn the PRIME 58 air duct cleaning process
Available for occasional commercial projects outside normal business hours

Previous air duct cleaning, HVAC, restoration, construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

$30.00 PER HOUR — PAID WEEKLY

This position will begin part-time, with hours based on PRIME 58’s scheduled workload.

90-Day Performance Bonus

Technicians may qualify for a $300–$500 performance bonus after their first 90 days based on:

Excellent attendance and punctuality
Quality of work
Customer service
Proper care of company equipment
Ability to learn and follow PRIME 58 procedures
Reliability and teamwork
