Client Acquisition – Part-Time Small Growing Business – Knoxville, TN & Surrounding Areas We are hiring TWO people immediately.
Start Date: Tuesday, August 25, 2026 We are a small, growing business looking for two energetic, confident, friendly, and motivated people to help us turn interested prospects into clients.
The Job You do NOT have to find clients from scratch. Our assistant handles lead generation, initial outreach, and creates a list of businesses that have already shown interest in our services.
Your job is to take those interested prospects, contact them, meet with them, conduct a walkthrough when necessary, explain our services and pricing, follow up, and help turn them into clients.
Pay & Schedule $15 per hour 20 hours per week 4 hours per day Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

interested clients provided by our assistant Schedule appointments with prospects Visit businesses and meet with owners, managers, and decision-makers Conduct walkthroughs when needed Present our services professionally Explain pricing and service options Answer questions Build relationships with prospective clients Follow up consistently with interested prospects Help convert interested prospects into new clients Keep organized notes about prospects and follow-ups Who We're Looking For Experience is welcome, but it is not required. We are especially interested in people who are: Open-minded and outgoing Great speakers and communicators Friendly and professional Confident talking to new people Persuasive without being pushy Comfortable speaking with business owners and managers Dependable and punctual Motivated and goal-oriented Organized Willing to learn Comfortable working independently
