Wine Director & Restaurant Manager

Prime 41 Steakhouse is seeking a hospitality professional with a passion for wine and guest service to join our leadership team. This unique part-time or full-time position combines restaurant management responsibilities with the opportunity to serve as our wine expert and ambassador.

We are looking for someone who enjoys sharing their wine knowledge with guests and staff while helping oversee daily operations and maintaining exceptional service standards.

·        Manage few lunch shifts each week

·        Assist ownership and management with day-to-day operations

·        Provide wine recommendations and tableside guidance for guests during busy dinner services

·        Work alongside servers and bartenders to elevate the wine experience

·        Help further develop and maintain our wine list

·        Train and mentor staff on wine knowledge, pairings, and service

·        Participate in wine dinners, special events, and seasonal promotions

·        Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and uphold Prime 41’s standards of hospitality

·        Extensive wine knowledge required

·        WSET, CMS, or Sommelier certification preferred but not required

·        Previous management or supervisory experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants is preferred

·        Strong communication and leadership skills

·        Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

·        Ability to work select lunch shifts and busy evening shifts, including weekends

·        Competitive hourly or salary compensation based on experience
