What You’ll Do:
Provide direct support to the Account Management Team
Communicate with clients, facilities, and team members with professionalism and excellent customer service
Coordinate and schedule patients for outpatient surgical procedures, ensuring accurate appointment management and seamless communication with patients, providers, and facility staff.
Handle phone calls, emails, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
Stay organized while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Ensure timely follow-up and reliable communication with both internal staff and external partners

Strong customer service and phone communication skills
Excellent documentation and multitasking abilities
Dependable, punctual, and highly responsible work ethic
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Prior experience in a nursing home or healthcare environment preferred but not required

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
